The units are well-appointed and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. The setting is amazing, very close to two convenience stores, multiple restaurants, and shops.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and we were able to check in early. the breakfast at the restaurant was reasonable and included fruits, bacon, and other regular items.

I thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. the property was in a quiet and strategic location, hard to get lost once you know which alley to turn down. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was good.

The rooms here are compact and a good size, plus they serve excellent breakfasts, and it's just a 10-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda metro station.

It has amazing and fantastic location to see Kitashinchi.

The location is very convenient and ideal for visiting landmarks within walking distance, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars.

Comfortable beds and climate control, a safe and multi-channel television. Location very close to multiple areas of the washroom, and Osaka castle which cost around 1600yen. Also, very close to the train station...

It is close (5 blocks) to Osaka jr Station. The staff is very helpful and kind. The Continental Style Breakfast Buffet is very good and good price.

The rooms are very small but still charming.

The service here is excellent, and the location close to the center is particularly convenient, with spacious rooms that have south-facing windows.

I liked the quiet back streets away from the train station, also the staffs english was much appreciated. Family Mart is located directly underneath hotel and is open 24 hours!

This hotel smells like cigarettes, even after getting moved to a non smoking floor it just drifts through the duct system. And for this reason i would not stay here again. No coin Laundry in this Hotel! Thats a big negative. They refered me to the basement of Hearton hotel Umeda for a strange out of the way coin laundry (about 7 minutes walk) and a little embarresing to use another hotels coin laundry! Very strange! Just for the record you dont need washing powder in that particular coin laundry because it automaticly provides it in the wash cycle.

Room smaller than standard and croud with furniture

The rooms here are nicely furnished and look pretty new. You'll find a fridge, a work desk, and even an electric kettle in there. the staff are super professional and the service is top-notch. 👍
